C++ / Python Developer, Electronic Trading Systems (Global Investment Bank) (Renewabl Contract)

About the role

Develop and improve electronic trading systems using C++ and Python, taking ownership through testing, release, monitoring, and live issue resolution. Collaborate with business users and technology teams to deliver platform features, support cloud and microservices migration, and improve system performance, stability, and capacity. A degree in Computer Science or a STEM field, or equivalent practical experience, is required, along with production-grade C++ experience and Python skills. Candidates should have strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and software design; good Linux knowledge; and the communication, problem-solving, and ownership skills to work with global technical and business teams.
