Python Developer – Trading Team

About the role

Partner with traders to understand their needs and build practical solutions, while developing and owning shared tools for data processing, pricing and strategy configuration, trade analysis, reporting, and monitoring. Improve the trading desks’ codebase with reusable, configurable, well-tested components, and promote sound engineering practices that keep pace with the trading platform and business. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field, 2–6 years of experience, and strong Python skills. They should have sound software engineering judgment, experience improving an existing codebase, clear English communication skills, and curiosity about markets; experience with ETFs, futures, market data pipelines, C++ debugging, or AI coding tools is advantageous.
